Interviews disclosed photos are taken throughout the day and are posted for parents to view on Brightwheel app. (personal phones are only utilized for this purpose). The parent handbook goes over illness which is digital on Brightwheel and/or a tangible copy is provided at enrollment. LPA observed an isolation area utilized when a child develops illness during the care. Facility has a process to notify parent/legal guardian and if needed request parent to pick up child. Interviews disclosed adequate supervision is being met, ratio and capacity is also being followed according to Title 22. According to interviews conducted the evidence obtained and interviews conducted, the investigation did not provide sufficient evidence to substantiate the allegations. Therefore, the above allegations are being deemed unsubstantiated. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with Kaitlen Johnson, Director.
