What the inspector wrote

In addition, through interviews conducted it was revealed that children are being provided with a comfortable napping environment. Children wear shoes during napping in case of an emergency. Children have not displayed discomfort and parents have no concerns. Based on the information obtained and LPA's observations and interviews, there are inconsistent statements the above allegations and have been deemed unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, notice of site visit, along with appeal rights was provided to facility representative, Hee Jung Yoon.
