Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Maddox met with Christie Copley , Director for the purpose of conducting an unannounced case management. This inspection is conducted to obtain the measurements for the PS component before center is converted to a Single license. Present today were 37 children (27 PS, 10 Toddlers, and 5 Infants). Center has a pending application for a School-age component. Center also has a Infant component (197750127) licensed for a capacity of 6. The Preschool component is licensed for a capacity of 45 ( 8 Toddlers and 37 Preschool age children)in Rooms "E"," F" (Toddler Room) and G . The days and hours of operation will be: Mon through Friday from 7:30am - 5:00pm. This center is located on the grounds of Seventh Day Adventist Church and occupies 4 separate classrooms. During this inspection, LPA measured 3 classrooms (2 PS and 1 Toddler room). PS Room (E) measured 830 sq ft PS Room (F) measured 532 sq ft Toddler Room (G) measured 570 sq ft Bathroom: There are a total of 3 Toilets and 3 Sinks LPA observed the play yard to be sectioned off for the Infant/Toddlers. There's also 2 separate fenced areas, one area is named the "construction zone" and the other area is the "garden area" in the rear of the play yard. Director has requested a waiver to allow all components to share the play yard with alternating schedules. This information will be presented to management for approval.
