At 12:05PM, LPA was guided through a tour of the facility. Census was taken. LPA did not observe any children present in Room #32. Room #32 was observed to have two restrooms available for toddlers. There is a total of two child size toilets, two child size sinks, and one changing table within arm\342\200\231s reach of a sink located in one of the children\342\200\231s restrooms. LPA observed Room #32 to have separate entrance and exit gates to ensure children from the preschool and toddler programs do not commingle. Facility has arranged for check-in procedures to occur at the entrance of Room #32. LPA inspected the walk path from Room #32 to the toddler playground to ensure the health and safety of children in care. No hazards were observed at the time of this visit. Based on documents submitted to the Department and the inspection completed today, temporary relocation is being granted until 12/31/2021.
