What the inspector wrote

On 04/24/25 at 2:15 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Carolyn Tuba conducted an unannounced annual continuation visit to BASSETT HEAD START/Flanner located 1314 N. Le Borgne Avenue, La Puente, CA 91746. The purpose of this inspection is to review children and staff files as they were not available for review at the Don Julian Head Start/State Preschool during the Annual inspection conducted on 04/24/2025. LPA met with Child Development Director (CDD), Rosie Ducoing who provided LPA with the children and staff files for review. Children and Staff Records were reviewed for completeness: Inspections of required forms was made. To improve the quality and value of the new inspection process, a survey will be sent to the email address provided. Please complete the survey and share your inspection experience. At this time, the facility is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
