101223 Personal Rights(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Video footage reviewed showed C1 lying down on a cot belly down with their head up. Staff approached child and used mild force to get the child to fall asleep.
