Correction check·May 7, 2026

On 05/07/2026 at 2:15 pm Licensing Program Analyst J.Duran conducted a Case Management inspection at the above facility to follow up on Plan of Corrections. LPA announced purpose of inspection and met with Licensee Ramona Viramontes, who granted entry to facility, there were 10 children present at this time. LPA completed record review of documentation to clear a plan of correction. LPA observed 3 valid Mandatory Training Certificates for 3 staff. Deficiency has been cleared and letter provided to Licensee. There will be no deficiencies cited today. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Ramona Viramontes.
