PLAN OF CORRECTION INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN Licensing Program Analyst Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of Correction) inspection to the above facility on 10/23/25 to ensure Type B deficiency cited on 09/29/25 has been cleared. LPA arrived at 1:00 PM and met with Karin Bilavian, director who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this inspection there were 65 children present in the classrooms napping, with 10 staff. The following has been observed: \302\267 Staff ratio and capacity has been met . \302\267 LPA observed staff#3 proof of immunization against MMR and TDAP and staff#6 proof of immunization against TDAP on file. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today from the areas that were inspected today. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. LPA cleared deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to director and issued POC clearance letter. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Karin Bilavian, director.
