What Happened

Required 1-year inspection found the home generally safe and operating within capacity, but several child and staff record issues remained. LPA also noted that lead testing documentation was not aligned with the current written directives.

Observations

  • C4 and C6 were missing LIC 9227.
  • The assistant was missing proof of a TB test.
  • Lead testing had been completed in June 2021 but not in accordance with the written directives.
