What the inspector wrote

On 06/05/2025 at 1;00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Carolyn Tuba conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure the Type B deficiency cited on 04/22/2025 during an annual visit had been corrected. LPA met with staff member, Stephanie Martinez and Director, Geraldine Shaughnessy. LPA observed 10 children and 1 staff present at the facility during this inspection. LPA received copies of CPR/1 st Aid certificates EMSA approved that expire 5/2027 of 3 staff members. LPA cleared the deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to the Director. LPA also issued POC clearance letter during the visit. At this time, the facility is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given to licensee and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Geraldine Shaughnessy. page 1 of 1
