What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lilli Babcock and Saul Valenzuela conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiencies cited on 3/22/24 has been cleared. A COVID risk assessment was conducted upon entry and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) was used by LPAs. LPAs met with Licensee, Elizabeth Gonzales, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Licensee, guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 7 children present during this inspection. The following was observed: \302\267 LPAs observed Mandated Reporter training certificates for Elizabeth Gonzales (exp: 3/25/2026) and Dominick Gonzales (exp: 4/1/2026). \302\267 LPAs observed negative TB result in Dominick Gonzales file. LPAs advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . LPAs cleared the deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Elizabeth Gonzales. LPAs also issued POC clearance letter during the visit. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Elizabeth Gonzales.
