What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiency cited on 11/7/25 has been cleared. LPA met with Licensee, Elizabeth Gonzales, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Licensee guided analyst on a tour of the facility. LPA observed Licensee and Assistant caring for six children upon arrival. Licensee states there are currently 10 children enrolled. During the visit the following was observed: \302\267 LPA observed a fire extinguisher with a service tag dated 12/2/25. LPA cleared the deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Licensee, Elizabeth Gonzales. LPA also issued POC clearance letter to Licensee during the visit. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
