What the inspector wrote

However, through other interviews conducted, LPA obtained multiple statements which confirmed that C1 has indeed walked children to and from the classroom unsupervised. Based on eyewitness statements obtained, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be substantiated. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, the following deficiency is being cited (see attached 9099D). The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Exit interview was conducted with Director, Maricruz Flores. Page 2 of 2
