What the inspector wrote

On 05/01/2025 at 2:30 pm, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Carolyn Tuba and Diana Ortiz conducted an unannounced visit. LPAs met with Director, Hytoshon Hodges-McDaniel and obtained a census of 62 children present with 10 staff. LPAs had technical difficulties with the computer during an annual visit conducted on 4/30/2025 and were unable to complete the visit and provide the electronic report, however the LPAs provided a handwritten report during the 4/30/2025 visit along with appeal rights and notice of site visit.. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Hytoshon Hodges McDaniel. page 1 of 1
