What the inspector wrote

A Case Management visit was conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Alicia Mooberry. The reason for inspection is to obtain signatures for amended Licensing Report LIC 809, LIC 809D dated 05/14/25. Upon arrival at 10:05 LPA met with licensee Eva Hoffman and explained the purpose of visit. There were 8 children and Adult #1 present. All adults present have obtained the required background clearance and are associated to the facility. Adults residing in the home were discussed and noted. LPA advised with licensee the requirement to ensure all adult present in the home and working with children are properly cleared and associated. No deficiencies cited as a result of this inspection. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) \342\200\223 must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Exit interview was conducted with Eva Hoffman, licensee.
