What the inspector wrote

On July 9, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monique Ayala conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection at the above facility. LPA met with director, Elvia Montanez. There were no children present as the school is not in session. The purpose of the inspection is to change a Type A deficiency to a Type B deficiency on the report dated, 12/18/2024. There are no deficiencies being cited at this time. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to the director along with Notice of Site Visit. The Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days.
