What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Roxana Lopez conducted an unannounced poc (plan of correction) inspection or case to insured that the Technical Violations and Type B deficiencies cited on 9/11/2025 have been cleared. LPA met with Mari Perez, Assistant who guided analysts on a tour of the facility.There were 3 children present upon arrival. Licensee arrived at 2:58 pm with 4 children. The following was observed: - Fire extinguisher was last service on 9/17/2025 - Current AB1207 mandated reporter certificate on file for assistant - Documentation of last drill conducted on 9/17/2025 - Immunizations on files for children. LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov LPA cleared deficiencies on this date and provided Plan of Correction clearance letter. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
