On September 23, 2025 at 1:20 p.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Peter Bishop arrived at the above facility for the purpose of a Case Management - Plan of Correction (POC) Inspection to follow up on a Type B Deficiency cited on September 11, 2025 during an Annual Inspection.\302\240 LPA Bishop announced purpose of inspection and was granted entry to facility by Director Victoria De La Cruz.\302\240 LPA took a census of the classroom and there were 10 children present some of whom were sleeping.\302\240 Director De La Cruz indicated that she does have a total of 15 children that are enrolled. The purpose of todays visit is to verify that the mandated reporter training had been completed by Director De la Cruz and her Assistant.\302\240\302\240 The mandated reporter training is required and it has to be completed every two years.\302\240 At the time of the inspection on September 11, 2025 Director De La Cruz and her Assistant had expired Trainings on file. LPA Bishop was able to verify that Director De la Cruz and her Assistant has completed their new trainings.\302\240 Director De La Cruz provided certificates to LPA Bishop with an expiration date of 09/11/2027 and 09/14/2027.\302\240 LPA Bishop verified that the correction version of the certificate was completed by both individuals. The facility was\302\240 found in compliance per Title 22 regulations, there will be no deficiencies cited today, 09/23/2025. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days Appeal rights were given and a POC Clearance Letter to identify that the Deficiencies were in fact verified and cleared.
