Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Seung Lee conducted an unannounced proof of correction inspection. Upon arrival LPA Lee met with Director Lucia Leung. The purpose of the inspection conducted on this date was to verify that the deficiencies cited on the previous inspection has been cleared. The facility was previously cited for not having any staff members present at the facility with a current CPR/first aide certificate. The facility informed LPA Lee on 04/15/2025 that an appointment had been made for to take the CPR. The Director stated that the appointment will take place over this weekend. LPA Lee observed during the inspection that there was a staff member present with a current CPR card. This staff member was not present during the previous inspection. A clearance letter for the deficiency was provided to the facility on this date. The notice of site inspection must remain posted for a period of 30 days during hours of operation. Failure to maintain posting during business hours will result in a civil penalty of $100.00 dollars. Exit interview conducted with Director Lucia Leung. Appeal rights discussed
