What the inspector wrote

On October 27, 2025, at 9:30 a.m.., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Peter Bishop arrived at the above facility to clear POC cited on October 16, 2025. This is a School Age Program. There were 0 School Age children present at the time of this visit. LPA Peter Bishop announced the purpose of visit and was granted entry into the facility by the Director - Yolanda Stowe. The purpose of today's visit was to verify that a valid CPR and First Aide Certificate was on file. Upon arrival LPA Bishop conducted a file review and discovered that only the online portion of the Red Cross Certificate had been completed. This does not satisfy the criteria for Licensing. The Certificate states that it is the online version and that they are eligible for the skills portion within 90 days. This certificate is incomplete and is not in compliance. Director Yolanda Stowe will have until November 16, 2025 to complete the hands on training and submit certificate to LPA Bishop. There will not be any deficiencies recited today. Director will send copies of completed certification via email upon completion. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights reviewed and given to the Director - Yolanda Stowe Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director - Yolanda Stowe
