What the inspector wrote

On 05/06/2026 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Mariah Aguirre conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection to the above facility, pertaining to a concern regarding children enrolled in subsidized care. LPA obtained a current children's roster, and documents pertaining to the concern. Director and District Leader were interviewed. Based on interviews conducted, children enrolled are receiving subsidized care from multiple agencies. At this time a more subsequent inspection is needed and will be conducted at a later date. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements will result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. An Exit Interview was conducted with the Director Maricruz Flores. A copy of this report along with appeal rights were provided to Director Maricruz Flores.
