What the inspector wrote

On 12/05/2025 at 9:50am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jonnisha Culbert conducted an unannounced required 3 year inspection at the facility noted above. LPA met with licensee Lizzie Jackson and stated the purpose of today's visit. An Entrance checklist was provided. Individuals residing in the home were discussed and noted. The operating hour or Monday through Saturday from 5:30am to 11:59pm. During today's inspection, LPA toured the facility and reviewed staff and children files.\302\240 Due to time restraints, LPA informed the licensee that the required 3 year will be completed at a later date. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with licensee, Lizzie Jackson.
