THIS INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED IN SPANISH Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Rita Ramos conducted an unannounced case management inspection on 05/27/22. LPA arrived to the facility at approximately 10:40AM and met with Licensee, Maria Castellanos, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. There were no children present upon arrival. At approximately 11:20AM one child arrived. During the inspection LPA obtained a copy of the facility roster and took pictures. LPA advised Licensee to ensure that the kitchen and play rooms are kept orderly. An advisory note was provided due to no children being present at the time of the advisory. Licensee removed items prior to the one child arriving. There were no deficiencies cited during today's visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Maria Castellanos.
