What the inspector wrote

At 03:15 p.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Veronica Martinez Garza conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of correction) inspection to ensure the Type B deficiency cited on 03/26/25 has been cleared. Upon arrival LPA met with Dr. Norma Castillo (director). There were no staff or children present during the inspection. According to the director, the program ended earlier today. The following was observed: -LPA observed proof of the health screening and TB test for staff 3 (S3). LPA cleared deficiency and issued a POC clearance letter. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with director Norma Castillo
