What Happened

LPA completed an annual inspection of the infant program and observed ratios, supervision, and safety features in place. The main record issue noted was that the infant paperwork was incomplete because LIC 9227 was missing.

Observations

Teacher-child ratios were in compliance and children were under visual supervision.
Infants were missing LIC 9227.
The kitchen stored children's meals and formula with labels on the containers.
