What Happened
Case management visit for lead testing exceedance. Water testing revealed lead level of 6.80ppb (threshold 5.5ppb) in classroom faucet. Facility responded by switching all classrooms to bottled water dispensers.
Observations
- Lead exceedance detected: Faucet L30 (Handle With Care classroom) measured 6.80ppb
- Handle With Care classroom faucet used only for hand washing, not food prep
- Food prepared offsite at Arcadia Hospital (not at facility)
