Correction check·March 13, 2026

On 03/13/26 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Mary Silva conducted an unannounced poc (plan of correction) inspection to ensured the Type B deficiencies cited on 02/12/2026 have been cleared. LPA met with Director Brenda Garcia whom the reason for the inspection was explained. LPA was guided on a tour of the facility. There were 12 children playing in the play yard with 2 staff during this inspection. The following was observed: - The cushion padded tile under the play structure and swings in the preschool yard fit tight and did not expose the concrete. - The cracks on the concrete floor of the preschool play yard were filled with black concrete bonding adhesive. LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . LPA cleared deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Director Brenda Garcia, licensee. LPA issued POC clearance letter during the visit. Photographs were taken of the play yard. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Appeal rights given. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Brenda Garcia.
