Page 2 Director stated they stopped commingling after they were cited. RP stated she knew about it because it was still happening, she did not speak with the director. This is substantiated, however no citation as it was already cited on 03/12/2026. Based on LPA observations and interviews which were conducted and records received and reviewed, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12 & Chapter 1, are not being cited at this tie as this was already cited on 03/12/2026. Deficiencies that are being cited need to be cleared to protect the children’s health & safety. Facility submitted a Declaration for citation dated 03/12/2026 regarding how they will ensure no commingling is happening at any time. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100 Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Brenda Garcia
