What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiencies cited on 6/20/25 have been cleared. LPA met with Licensee, Griselda Bretado, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Licensee guided analyst on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 10 children and licensee's assistant also present upon arrival. The following was observed: \302\267 LPA observed current Mandated Reporter Training for assistant with an expiration date of 7/17/27 \302\267 Licensee stated Staff #1 who was missing proof of immunization's, no longer works at the facility. LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . LPA cleared the deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Licensee, Griselda Bretado. LPA also issued POC clearance letter to Licensee during the visit. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Griseld Bretado.
