What the inspector wrote

On December 12, 2025, at 12:30pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dayna Chambers conducted an unannounced case management visit for the purpose of amending two appealed citations for inspection dates: 08/06/2025 and 09/19/2025. Upon Arrival, LPA met with Dr. Farah Khaleghi, Owner. LPA observed 6 preschoolers and 2 staff. LPA toured the facility with Dr. Farah Khaleghi, Owner. This center currently has one preschool classroom: Room C. Exit interview was conducted with Owner Dr. Farah Khaleghi. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) \342\200\223 must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
