What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Cynthia Reyes conducted an unannounced plan of correction (POC) inspection, for the purpose of inspecting the facility to ensure the health and safety standards as required by the regulations governing childcare center are met. LPA met with new facility representative Zeenat Shakir, Director who submitted some corrections through Email for deficiencies that were cited before she became the new director. Zeenat has requested to clean up what was not taken care of by the old director, to clear the facility of any outstanding POCs. Zeenat also took LPA on a tour of the center inside and out. LPA reviewed all plan of corrections (POC) for all citations given on 10/01/2024 (Substantiated Complaint) for teacher child Ratio and Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies, 08/05/2024 (Substantiated Complaint) for Admission Agreements, 07/11/2023 (Substantiated Complaint) for Personal Rights, 02/23/2023 (Substantiated Complaint) teacher child Ratio, 02/03/2023 (Substantiated Complaint) Buildings and Grounds. All citations listed above were cleared by this visit and documents submitted by email and in person. LPA presented Zeenat with a letter of deficiencies citations Cleared for all citations given listed above. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report was given to Zeenat Shakir, Director, with a notice of site visit to be posted for 30 days.
