Interviews were conducted regarding allegation. Staff deny observing or having knowledge of any child in care left in a soiled diaper for a long period of time. Staff #1 & #2 denied observing child in questioned having a diaper rash while in care. No disclosures were made by day care parents interviewed. Based on the interviews conducted, at this time there is not enough evidence to support the above allegation. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging day-care child was left in a soiled diaper for a long period of time. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid; Based on interviews conducted; there were no witness to the allegation, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore at this time the allegation is deemed Unsubstantiated. Should additional information become available in the future, this investigation may be reopened. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
