What the inspector wrote

On 03/13/2026 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Mary Silva conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of Correction) inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiencies cited on 02/12/2026 have been cleared. LPA met with Director Brenda Garcia to whom the reason for the inspection was explained. LPA was guided on a tour of the facility. Cenus was taken. LPA observed 3 infants with 1 teacher during this inspection. The following was observed and photographs were taken of the play yard. - A shaded area covered by an individual green umbrella in the infant play yard - The broken stucco on the north side of the wall in the infant play yard were covered and no longer exposing the concrete on the wall - Observed infant play yard to be free of debris and leaves. LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov LPA cleared deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to director Brenda Garcia. LPA issued POC clearance letter during the visit. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Appeal rights given. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Brenda Garcia .
