On 06/09/22 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Fabiola Vasquez conducted an unannounced Required I year inspection. LPA met with Director Gracie Chavez, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. At approximately 1:50 PM LPA Vasquez began the facility tour with Director, this is a preschool program which consists of 13 classrooms; LPA observed in 1A room 10 children with 1 staff, 1B room 10 children with 1 staff, 1C room is not being used at this time, 2A room 10 children and 2B room 12 children with 1 staff. 3A room 9 children and 3B with 1 staff. 4A room 9 children with 1 staff, 4B room 10 children with 1 staff. 5A1 room 10 and 5B2 room 8 children with 1 staff. 5A1 and 5A2 are closed due to a positive case reported to the facility on 6/9/22. 5B1 room 10 children and 5B2 room 8 children with 1 staff. Total census: 87 children with 7 staff. LPA will continue the inspection on another day due to the time. Exit interview was conducted with Director, Gracie Chavez appeal rights were provided.
