What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jennifer Hua conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with assistant director Mayra Mondragon. The purpose of the visit was announced. The purpose of today's inspection is to go over the water lead test results received on 8/30/2022. Results indicate that the faucet had action level exceedance of lead. The faucet located in the infant bathroom sink had a lead result of 7.36 ppb. LPA observed the faucet located in the infant bathroom sink has been replaced. It was observed the bathroom is located next to the napping room and is currently use as storage. Per director on 9/22/22, the faucet in the infant bathroom sink has never been used for water consumption or food preparation source. The director stated that the bathroom in the infant room has not been used at all and is currently used as storage. Copy of LIC 9275, the facility sketch, photo to show that faucet has been replaced have been received. Based on above, deficiency cited attached 809D. An exit interview conducted, an exit interview conducted with Assistant Director. Notice of Site Visit form provided and shall be posted for 30 days in a prominent area.
