What the inspector wrote

THIS INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED IN SPANISH Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Rita Ramos conducted an unannounced POC visit on 04/19/22 at 2:20PM. LPA met with Amalia Oseguera, Licensee, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 11 children with Licensee and Assistant upon arrival. Also present was Licensee's husband Benito Oseguera, Licensee's son Eduardo Ruano, and Licensee's daughter-in-law, Laura Alonso. The purpose of the visit was to ensure that the uncleared adult, Arturo Oceguera Ocanas, observed to be at the facility on 04/14/22 is no longer present at the facility when children are in care. LPA did not observe Arturo Oceguera Ocanas to be present on this date of 04/19/22. LPA reminded Licensee that all adults 18 and over living or working in the home, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a licensed Family Child Care Home. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated There were no deficiencies cited during today’s inspection. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted with Amalia Oseguera, Licensee, including, but not limited to Provider Rights, Appeal Procedures
