About 8:20AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), T. Tran and A. Padilla arrived at the above facility to conduct an annual visit. Upon arrival, LPAs met with teacher Stacy Morales, a Childcare teacher with a parent and a child. Per facility representative (FR), this site is currently pending to be licensed to serve 8 toddler children. In the meantime, the facility is only providing care to one family at a time for an hour and a half with a parent on site. About 9:30AM, Ms. Ufuoma Akwaja, Early Childhood Education Program Manager arrived at the center. FR provided LPAs the pending application for this location. LPAs will be following with the application LPA upon return to the office. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Ufuoma Akwaja.
