Correction check·September 30, 2025

On September 30, 2025 at 2:45p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Peter Bishop arrived at the above facility for the purpose of conducting an Plan of Correction (POC) Visit to verify the Mandatory Reporter Certificate had in fact been completed. The deficiency was cited on September 25, 2025. LPA Bishop announced the purpose of the visit and was granted entry into the facility by Licensee Rayjennia Adams. Licensee gave LPA a tour of the facility and a census was taken. There are 7 children enrolled, and 2 children present at the time of Visit. LPA Bishop reviewed the Mandated Reporter Certificate and verified that the new expiration dates are Valid with an expiration date of 09/26/2027. Based on the LPA P Bishops observations, record review, and interviews, there will be no deficiencies cited today in accordance with California Title 22 Regulations. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights reviewed and given to the Licensee Rayjennia Adams.
