On October 8, 2025 at 9:40 a.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Peter Bishop arrived at the above facility for the purpose of a Case Management - Plan of Correction (POC) Inspection to follow up on a Type B Deficiency cited on October 3, 2025 during an Annual Inspection.\302\240 LPA Bishop announced purpose of inspection and was granted entry to facility by Director Quiyanna Ramirez.\302\240 LPA took a census of and there were 71 children present at the time of this visit.\302\240 Director Quiyanna Ramirez indicated that she does have a total of 89 children that are enrolled. There are 13 staff members present at the time of this visit. The purpose of todays visit is to verify that the mandated reporter training had been completed by one of the Teachers.\302\240\302\240 The mandated reporter training is required and it has to be completed every two years.\302\240 At the time of the inspection on October 3, 2025 it was not in compliance. LPA Bishop was able to verify that the Mandated Reporter Training is now valid with an issue date of 10/5/2025 and is valid through 10/5/2027.\302\240\302\240 LPA Bishop verified that the correct version of the certificate was completed (AB1207). The facility was\302\240 found in compliance per Title 22 regulations and there will be no deficiencies cited today October 8, 2025.\302\240 A Clearance Memo will be issued today as proof that the deficiency is cleared. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
