On 6/19/2025 at 10:50 am Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Carolyn Tuba and Diana Ortiz conducted an unannounced Proof of Correction (POC) inspection to ensure the deficiencies cited on 05/22/2025, during an annual visit has been corrected. LPAs met with Licensee, Ines Mayorga and LPAs observed a census of 6 children in care. During the visit licensee's spouse who assists was present. LPAs observed disaster drill conducted and documented on 5/23/25. LPAs observed Licensee began documenting the 15 minute sleep log for child in care who is under 24 months of age on 5/22/25. LPAs cleared the deficiencies during today’s visit and issued Proof of Correction (POC) clearance letter for the facility’s recordkeeping. At this time, there are no deficiencies being cited and the facility is now in compliance according to Title 22 Rules and Regulations. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Ines Mayorga.
