What the inspector wrote

THIS INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED IN SPANISH Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alicia Mooberry conducted an unannounced case management inspection to the above facility. LPA met with Patricia Gracian, Licensee, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 14 children present including 1 infant and 4 school age children. Also present was Guillermo Gracian and Maria Morales, Assisting with childcare. All adults present have obtained the required background clearance, The facility is observing capacity limitation. The purpose of today's inspection was to obtain signatures on an amended report. There were no deficiencies cited during today's inspection. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation. Exit interview was conducted with Patricia Gracian, Licensee,
