What the inspector wrote

*****************Visit conducted in Cantonese *************** On 4/10/2026 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Staicy Perry and Kruz Long conducted an unannounced case management inspection to above facility. LPA met with licensees, Jacqueline Waingor Yu and Sikchuen Yung who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this inspection there was 5 children present in the home. LPAs informed both licensees, Jacqueline Waingor Yu and Sikchuen Yung, that pursuant to the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Section 102370(n)(1), they must immediately cease operation of the facility for up to 30 days. LPA Perry also informed the licensees that they are required to immediately notify the parents/guardians of all currently enrolled children of the 30-day closure, in accordance with California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Section 102370(n)(1). The licensees were advised of their appeal rights. Please include your current address and telephone number. After the Department receives the appeal and any supporting documentation, it will review the appeal and notify the licensee of its decision within five (5) working days. Send the written appeal to: Monterey Park Child Care Regional Office 1000 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 200B Monterey Park, CA 91754. No citation being issued during today's inspection. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights provided. Exit interview conducted with licensees, Jacqueline Waingor Yu and Sikchuen Yung.
