What Happened

The lead follow-up found two water sources out of service after action level exceedances, including a fountain and a classroom faucet. Both were marked with out-of-order signs, bagged off, and one pipe had already been replaced while a retest was planned.

Observations

  • The water fountain at site C tested at 13.000 UG/L and was taken out of use.
  • The faucet in Classroom 9 tested at 12.000 UG/L and the room was being used for toy storage.
  • Both outlets were marked 'out of order/do not use' and covered with plastic bags to keep them inaccessible.
