What the inspector wrote

Note: The facility has a Director and Assistant Director available to maintain ratios if someone calls out sick or as needs arise. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is Unsubstantiated. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) \342\200\223 must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Exit interview was conducted with Assistant Director, Jocelyn Luna.
