Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Alicia Mooberry conducted a Plan of Correction (POC) inspection on this date. LPA met with Shannon Batista, Director and toured facility, there were 8 infants and 2 staff present during this inspection. The purpose of this inspection was to ensure the facility has corrected the deficiencies cited on 4/16/25. LPA observed the following: 3 cribs used for napping infants were observed with no loose articles nor objects, including blankets and pillows. LPA obtained written proof of Safe Sleep training for Infant Staff. The facility is in compliance with Safe Sleep Regulations Proof of correction letter provided to the Director on this date. No deficiencies were cited during this visit. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) \342\200\223 must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit made by a licensing representative.
