What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type A deficiency cited on 10/15/25 has been cleared. LPA met with Assistant Director, Magali Perez, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Census was taken. There were 27 infant's present. The following was observed: LPA observed signed LIC 9224 forms in children's files for 29 children enrolled LPA received an agenda for a training regarding personal rights, including proper feeding, of children in care for infant staff on 10/16/25 signed by all staff in attendance. LPA received an agenda for a training regarding personal rights, including proper speaking to children, for infant staff on 10/16/25 signed by all staff in attendance. LPA cleared the deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Assistant Director, Magali Perez . LPA also issued POC clearance letter to Assistant Director during the visit. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Assistant Director, Magali Perez. Page 1 of 1
