PERSONAL RIGHTS
(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (2) To be accorded safe, healthful...accomodations..to meet his/her needs. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Multiple staff disclosures were made that different children, from different classrooms, eat together in the “Breakfast Room.” Licensee did not follow Dept. of Public Health's guidance to separate the stable groups, mixing the cohorts of children, during the COVID-19 pandemic. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
