Correction check·April 28, 2026

On 04/28/26, at 12:30pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Diana Ortiz conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to insure that the Type A deficiency cited on 04/21/26 has been cleared. LPA met with Director Carolina De Villa-Crelencia to whom the reason for this visit was explained. Director guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Census was taken and LPA observed 30 children and four (4) staff present. Teacher-child ratios were observed to be in accordance with Title 22 Regulations. The following was observed: - LPA received a Plan of Correction via email on 04/22/26, which included two memos dated 04/17/26 and 04/22/26. The memo outlines staff procedures for the proper serving, storage, and management of school snacks, including requirements related to safety, sanitation, and storage. Staff have initialed the memo to acknowledge receipt and understanding. - All required postings were observed on parent board - LIC 9224 Acknowledgment forms were observed on todays date, 04/28/26, on all children files reviewed. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited on todays visit. LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov . Page 1 of 2 LPA cleared deficiency on this date. LPA issued POC clearance letter during the visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Carolina De Villa-Crelencia. Page 2 of 2
