Upon arrival LPA observed the Licensee and two cleared assistants caring for 12 children (1 school age, four infants and seven preschool children). There are 19 children enrolled attending the facility on various days. All residents associated with the facility were noted. At 2:10pm all areas identified on the facility sketch were inspected. This is a two story home which consists off four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Areas used by the children include a large family room/day care room, one restroom, and the back yard.
