What the inspector wrote

On 01/02/2025 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Mariah Aguirre and Cynthia Reyes conducted an unannounced case management inspection. This inspection is to ensure the health and safety standards as required by the regulations governing child care centers are met.Inspection was conducted regarding an incident that came into the office on 12/20/2024. Report was submitted timely. LPAs met with lead teacher Florence Banda who guided the analysts on a tour of the facility, indoors and out. A census was taken and staff names were documented. There were 64 children present with 15 staff, including lead teacher and cafeteria cook. LPAs went over incident report with Ms. Florence Banda. LPAs conducted interviews, reviewed and received records. Based on information obtained on this date follow up is necessary regarding the incident report listed above. No citations were given on this date regarding this incident listed above. Exit interview conducted, and a copy of this report along with appeal rights and notice of site visit were provided to Florence Banda A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. .
